I had a great experience overall. Gabriel was excellent — he explained everything clearly, walked me through the process step by step, and made it very easy to follow. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to ensure I understood what was being done. One thing I would mention is that the pricing was not clearly explained by the representative who scheduled the appointment. I would definitely recommend asking detailed questions about pricing beforehand so there are no surprises. That said, if you have Gabriel handling your service, you can trust that he will do a great job on your home. His quality of work and communication really stood out.

Gabriel was EXCELLENT! Very professional, very informative. He explained every aspect of the vent cleaning step-by-step. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I added the dryer line cleaning last minute and Gabriel walked me through how it works, informed management and I was accommodated with a quote almost immediately! That’s great customer service! My vents are clear, my dryer line is clean and worry free and so am I. What an awesome experience! Thank you Gabriel! I feel both grateful and relieved!

Jeremiah and Anthony from Better Home Pros were wonderful! They did an inspection of my ducts and Jeremiah gave me an honest recommendation of what I needed and answered all questions. They found mold and were able to remedy the problem in the same day. They showed me the before and after results of the duct cleaning which made me feel confident I made the right decision having them perform the services, including deep cleaning of the ducts, mold removal, sanitation and UV light installation. I am very grateful for the wonderful job they did. I recommend them to everyone!
