The A/C Guys

We have used the A/C Guys since we purchased our cottage. They have been the best. They showed up on weekends when we needed them. They replaced our unit after the hurricane that damaged it in no time, so we didnt have to suffer with the heat and humidity. We had Steven M for our visit today, and he was excellent. He was on time, efficient, informative. He found a solution to a problem that we have with condensation in our attic. We look forward to continue with the A/C guys, and especially Steven.

I spoke with Lee today and explained an issue I had with my elderly grandmother seeking service to have her AC Unit repaired. Although I've already taken care of this for her, she decided to reach out to the AC Guys to get the unit looked at. My grandmother is declining mentally and is very forgetful. Lee was so understanding and assisted me with my inquiry. I can't thank him enough. I was almost brought to tears because of his kindness and professionalism. Whenever we need AC maintenance, repair or replacement, this number will be on speed-dial! I couldn't imagine working with any other company and I can't thank Lee enough. Do yourself a favor, book the service. No need to look any further!

We are new to the area and just bought an older home outside of Brunswick. We have an older geothermal system as one of the units for the house. I have a good working knowledge of HVAC systems because my brother owns an HVAC company in Atlanta and has schooled me pretty well. However, neither of us are familiar with geothermal units, especially older ones, since they are not popular in North Georgia. When it stopped working I had no idea what was wrong with it. We are still in the process of moving in so I didn't call anyone right away. But when a contractor who was working on a renovation quote noticed water under the unit, we decided it was time to call. Based partly on Google reviews, but largely on the fact that they could get to me the next day, I scheduled a crew from The A/C Guys to come check it. I am terrible with names and do not remember the names of the techs, but Trey was listed on the invoice. He and his partner were very attentive and listened to my long winded explanation (much like this review) of the issue. They quickly diagnosed the issue, made some repairs, and had us up and running in no time. The whole time they were here they were very polite, professional, and very helpful as they answered all of our questions about the unit. And the price was very, very, reasonable. Frankly, I was expecting much more. If all of the crews are like Trey and his partner, The A/C Guys are the ones to call. This old unit will likely need to be replaced in the next year or so and I will be calling them to do it. That will be cheaper than what it would cost me in beer and food to get my brother to come down and do it.
