Buchan Heating & Air Conditioning

Wow! Great employees. We have used a couple of other AC companies before Buchan. Mark found a screwed shut damper that circulated air upstairs. The damper had been screwed shut since we moved in 5 years ago. Neither of the other AC companies noticed it. Mark found it and other issues in just one maintenance visit. I honestly almost don’t want to post about Mark because he will become too popular. Kinda like pp not wanting to share a good hairdresser.

Buchan Heating and Air to the rescue . I have had two types of experiences and both were excellent. My first experience was under crisis with an urgent need regarding a home recently purchased. Jerry Buchan and team were immediately responsive, came out ASAP and diagnosed and repaired our system. Based on this experience I requested and purchased a maintenance contract. Again, highly responsive, easy to schedule for service and highly talented technicians. They communicate effectively, show up on time and perform their craft like the pros they are. Last visit we had Matt handle our scheduled service. Again, on time, polite, respectful, excellent communicator and smoothly completed all of the requisite service and addressed a couple of fix its. The office and back office folks are friendly and efficient too. HIghly recommend Buchan's company and team.

My family has been extremely pleased with the service of Buchan heating and air! They were recommended by a great realtor friend of mine and they have lived up to and exceeded all expectations. We purchased a new heat pump system at a very reasonable price. They service the unit a couple of times a year. On the most recent visit the service technician heard an unusual sound coming from the fan motor bearings and they repaired it under warranty. We were very very thankful for their professionalism and service. I would not hesitate to recommend the Buchan team!
