Buchan Heating and Air to the rescue . I have had two types of experiences and both were excellent. My first experience was under crisis with an urgent need regarding a home recently purchased. Jerry Buchan and team were immediately responsive, came out ASAP and diagnosed and repaired our system. Based on this experience I requested and purchased a maintenance contract. My family has been extremely pleased with the service of Buchan heating and air! They were recommended by a great realtor friend of mine and they have lived up to and exceeded all expectations. We purchased a new heat pump system at a very reasonable price. They service the unit a couple of times a year. On the most recent visit the service technician heard an unusual sound coming from the fan motor bearings and they repaired it under warranty. We were very very thankful for their professionalism and service. I would not hesitate to recommend the Buchan team!
