Called Texas Lone Star Plumbing the day after Christmas. Showed up within an hour after my call. Justin was great. Fixed our problem and was on his way. Very friendly and helpful.

I cannot express how impressed I am with the outstanding level of service from this company. The service needed, options, estimate, and financing availability were explained to me in detail. No question or concern of mine was left unanswered or not considered. The technicians arrived as scheduled and the job was done much faster than I anticipated. The added disclosure of producing the invoice to the City of Beaumont for adjustments to my water bills that were directly affected by the leak was an added plus. I cannot thank this company enough for expediting the service and the financing was easy with a quick response and a blessing. Thank you...
