Amazing customer service and attention to detail! If anything is wrong Andy’s Music will make it right. I was a first time purchaser from out of state and would recommend to anyone. Price was less than I found other places and service was amazing! Skip the big chains, there’s actual customer service here with cheaper prices and the same fast shipping!
We love Andy's Music so much! They make is so easy and affordable for our son to participate in band. He has thrived in the band environment and loves being apart of it. Their repair program has been a blessing too because our 14 year old is always denting his trumpet and they are so helpful and quick about getting it fixed for us.
I have never ordered anything from Andy’s music in the past , but found an offer for a Walden Guitar to have shipped to my girlfriends while visiting her from out of state. They gave me an estimate on arrival which was accurate and my guitar arrived in perfect condition and far nicer than I expected it to be! I would definitely deal with them again! Thank you for the Wonderful service!
Bought a 3/4 size acoustic guitar as a birthday present for my son. Very fast processing, was shipped within 24 hours from when I ordered it. Packaging was done very well, and very competitive pricing. Will be ordering a full size guitar in the near future for myself so me and my son can play together.
