TECHY Kendall - Buy/Repair/Sell

As a former Service Manager of a major repair service center for over nine years, I feel I am more than qualified to give a review of my "treatment" and "overall service" by the employee's at "Techy in Kendall." As my own service center was rated # 1 in the country 3 times in a row, I am acutely aware of and certainly know what good quality, conscientious, friendly, courteous, and helpful service is! Each one of the entire crew here would be rated by me as "above" TOP QUALITY service personnel!! Ruben, Luis, and Max. Due to the unusual problem with my phone, and my own unfortunate time constraints, I had to come down to the shop four different times. Each time I was treated exactly the same, with very quick, very courteous, very friendly, conscientious helpful information. I would especially like to both thank and commend Ruben for going not just above and beyond, but going way, "way" above and beyond... in repeatedly trying, and eventually solving the problem with my phone! They all get 10 stars from me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again Ruben! 🙂

The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the LCD screen they replaced for me was extremely poor quality. It caused my phone to overheat and respond very slowly ALL THE TIME. Eventually, I purchased a replacement screen on Amazon and installed it myself, and the problem was completely resolved. Unfortunately, I ended up wasting about $150 and had to deal with constant screen lag for nearly a month.
