Fantastic and knowledgeable people! I went in with the mindset to window shop but absolutely fell in love with the matcha green pc! they were very kind and patient as i had tons of questions. They were able to work with me and i was able to pick everything up the next day. They cut me a deal aswell for a keyboard, mouse and monitor as well so i was all ready to go. Even when my keyboard had a hiccup ( Y key didn’t work lol, not their fault at all) it was a super easy and they were apologetic. I will always recommend tech window, as my boyfriend is getting his PC built by them now!

Outstanding customer service. I bought an iracing simulator cockpit and gaming computer from them and they went out of their way to make my experience painless. Once I had the system put together, a couple days later, I had to call Andrew for tech support with it and he spent all the time I needed to insure everything was working correctly. Even though their shop is 3 hours drive, I will be giving them all my computer business.
