We have been a customer for 3 years now and never regretted a second. Ric is so knowledgeable, he would give Yoda a run for his money. Jay is amazingly friendly and never makes me feel ignorant when I ask a lot of basic questions.....You couldn't pay me to switch!

Our company switched about 3 years ago, best IT decision. They were able to clean up a mess from trial and error IT groups. Very knowledgeable and able to assist in same way if not completely on all our different systems. The entire staff is extremely friendly, and always know how to coax the information out of you to better assist. We appreciate everything ATE has done for us and we look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come.

Our go to IT support, always do a fantastic job. Great response time & most times able to fix remotely/over the phone, if not they come onsite.
