Customer service was horrible so we took the phone somewhere else but they never gave the phonecase back whick was very expensive and it turns out they sold it. Then all they offered was a 10% discount. Never coming here again. They put up a lame excuse for it but what i dont understand is why they didnt call for the case since we gave them two phone numbers to call

My husband had a shattered back on his iPhone X and I mean it was horrible, tiny pieces of glass falling out horrible, and the owner (I’m guessing he is) took really good care of us. The wait was longer than we anticipated but that’s how horrible the back of my husbands phone was. Overall great customer service, they really put the customer first and his phone looks brand new 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
