A very slow and inefficient place to get work done. I had taken 2 small circuit boards, which both had very small digital displays above the board soldered via through board pins. My request was simply to remove both small above digital displays. Then, reattach the good digital display to the one board that had the defective display removed Ok, I know TMI right? Well, I dropped the 2 boards off before Christmas. The technician looked carefully and assured me he could complete the request, but I was never given a cost estimate at all. I guess I was thinking it's not rocket science plus along with assuring me it should be no problem. My fau... A very slow and inefficient place to get work done. My fault, so today, January 23rd, after several calls and even a few personal visits, I gave up. I picked up my boards, only 1 of which he actually did remove the small digital display above the board. He continued telling me he was always busy with other stuff but hoped he might finish tomorrow? He does not call back; the shop is a mess with equipment all over, and it's obvious to anyone it's a very unorganized place. I feel bad not being able to make a better review 😕, but I'm just being honest. I will remove the faulty digital display and transplant the operating digital display myself. I understand it's hard to get good employees, but not taking time to return calls or finish a job promptly is just bad business. I was charged 90$ and that was only after my complaint about the first amount which was same as a new board? So customer beware 🤔.
Super friendly and knowledgeable guys here. Very personable and willing to help me with a troubleshooting issue without charging an arm and a leg. Would definitely refer anyone to them with any sort of computer issue that you might not be able to address yourself. 10/10 guys/business.
They did an excellent job on my pc. Service didn’t take long. Very friendly people! Definitely will be going back if I have any more issues!
We took our lap top into Tech Nav after the power port melted. They took the back off & told us what we needed to know to contact Lenovo about the problem, gave us options for repair/replacement, answered all of our questions. Their advice was very helpful. When we asked what we owed, they said no charge. Thank you, Clay! We highly recommend Tech Nav.
