Tech Heroes Cell phone & Computer Repair

I was referred to Tech Heroes by a friend who was helped several times with her computer and her autistic son's communication devices. I have brought a laptop and several cell phones in and they have have also been helpful and educating me on how to improve my use of the items. I referred my father for a laptop issue and they were able to resolve that as well. If they cannot fix it they will tell you this as well. Definitely will keep going here with tech troubles.

I've had such good luck with these guys, especially at this location. Good work at a reasonable price, and they explain things to your level without being condescending. My favorite thing, though, is their refurbished computers – I've used them exclusively for probably a dozen years now. A great place if you want a decent Mac but can't shell out a zillion dollars for a new one. (Same thing goes through my phone.) And no bullshit or upselling. This place represents the way business should conducted but almost never is.
