Deff worth the services. I was tryna get my ps5 fixed for over 2 months. Places were tryna charge me 350+ && my ps5 had to stay with them for 2 weeks to a month ( BIOS Chip motherboard issue ) I brought it in last Wednesday && Before a FULL 24 hr pass ? I already got a text saying the ps5 is fixed for 130$ CHEAPER ! So Deff recommend it, btw owner is VERY reasonable so if anything comes up AFTER you got it worked on. Amazing service! I brought in my PS5 with a broken HDMI port and they fixed it fast and flawlessly. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. My console looks and works like new again. I’m really glad I came here they did more than I ask for I’ll be coming again for any tech repair and would 100% recommend them to anyone needing HDMI, phones or console repairs.
First time going to them 10/2/25
I dropped my phone at work and decided to come here based on good reviews that I saw. The man at the desk originally told me the price was $120. Then when the service was done he went up on the price. When I expressed my concerns to whomever was on the phone I'm not sure if its the boss or not, he wasn't very helpful and actually was dismissive. It could have been miscommunication. Due to having limited time, I paid the money and showed the man my phone as proof of payment. I thought everything went through and started to leave out the door as I was already frustrated however, I guess it didn't go through yet on their end so the man at the desk started screaming at me and being very aggressive. I was not trying to run off without paying. I could hardly understand what he was saying. As a new customer all I can say is they need to have workers who understand and are able to speak English and need better customer service skills. Very unhappy about the service I received and I unfortunately went on my lunch break so I didn't have much time to go anywhere els.
I took my iPhone 13 Pro Max to replace the back glass. First I went to the mall. The guys in the mall broke my phone even worse. Brought it to Tech Genius. They fixed all the issues. 10/10 service.Very knowledgeable techs. No enough words to describe my feelings.

I was desperate to get my PlayStation five fixed for the weekend and I had called to another store and they told me 3 weeks. I ended up calling tech Genius and they told me they could have it done same day. I arrived shortly after and my PlayStation was fixed in less than an hour plus I had a nice conversation with the staff. Also I tipped and extra $35 for that situation in the other review with shipping. Would definitely recommend and come again if I need to
