Had a couple of Xbox controllers with dead bumpers. They're good as new, and service/pricing was 100% transparent and fast. Definitely my go-to for repairs from now on.

5 starts definitely recommend. Fast, convenient and affordable. This place has great prices and great customer service. Fixed my hdmi ps5 port for a great price and pretty quickly. Thank you maynor for your great service. Will definitely be back.
I needed to replace an iPhone battery. I am so glad I found this place. Kind, courteous, quick and the price was right! I highly recommend this place for your tech needs
I dropped the phone off on Thursday and was told it would be repaired by the next day. On Friday they let me know it would not be done until Monday, but it was too late in the day for me to come pick it up and take it to another shop. I did get the phone back Monday and it seems to be repaired - battery is no longer swollen. It still drains VERY fast but that's probably Samsung's fault and not TechDoc's. They were able to give me a $10 discount for the delay. I do accept it was a holiday weekend, but not having my phone for 4 days cost me more than $10. I understand if they couldn't get the delivery any faster, but I would've gone to ubreakifix if TechDoc hadn't told me it could be done by tomorrow. I did bump them up a star because they did give me $10 off and I appreciate that. They did also ask for my PIN, but didn't complain when I said no. I would not give my phone PIN to anyone - that's an easy way for them to get into all my bank accounts, emails, pictures, everything. Overall I might visit again for non-critical items like a PlayStation repair, but might go elsewhere for something like a phone.
