I am so glad we found Mitch and Foundation Medix. Mitch came out and gave us a straightforward assessment of our basement foundation and potential water issues, and a no-pressure estimate for an under slab perimeter drain system. We decided to hire him for the job as we are finishing the basement soon and wanted to do the waterproofing as a preventative measure. He also helped us navigate the permitting process, which we are new to, and worked with us to coordinate timing of his work with the renovation contractor. His crew was polite, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. We feel so much better now going forward with the renovation knowing that the drain system is in place and will protect our investment in the finished space.
