Their customer service is horrible. As well as their driving. One of their drivers in a tandy leather wrapped white toyota rav4 (White Male) was driving very erratic and very fast. Cut off our family in a two lane back road, and even threw his hands up thinking it was a joke to put our lives at risk. Very aggressive I would never recommend this business to anybody.
I love this place. The problem is, when I enter, it's hard to leave. Prices are getting better and better. They have an excellent layout of everything you want for any project. The employees are very helpful and take the extra steps to assist. I had to leave early today! CRAP!!!! My wife called, said "as per my neighbor", my fence fell down. Fearing my daughter's "not so friendly" dogs were out and about, I rushed home, 80+mph. Come to find out. It was the neighbors fence that fell down. Totally ruined my time in one of my favorite places. Love the smell of leathers!!!
Great customer service! They were a bit low on inventory but given the awesome sale I'm surprised. Overall, a pleasant experience.
