Colonies North Shoe Repair

The folks at Colonies did beautiful work on two pairs of shoes for me. One was a pair of strappy sandals with a totally smooth leather sole. Since there was no grip, they were very slippery and susceptible to wear. Colonies added some material with a tread to the bottoms- it was so nicely done, it looks like I bought the shoes this way. The second pair is some red suede booties- the elastic at the ankle had torn off the suede, creating a hole. I was so happy they fixed this because I love these boots and was so sad when they broke.

After being turned down from previous cobblers I took a shot with Colonies north to which I was greeted with a welcoming experience from the start. She took care of me and assured me she would help me out with my repair to the best of her abilities! I had a deep scratch on a sneaker and she fixed it with a pretty quick turn around rate. Thank you for your services!

Amazing work re-soling my Chelsea boots. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding—they look and feel brand new. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this shoe repair shop.

2 pair of scuffed up boots. Wore both at work to break them in (telco) with enough knee crawling to leave marks on both, along with some normal wear and tear. Dropped them off Thursday with promise they'd be ready today (Saturday), and they were ready yesterday. The ostriches are ready to attend a family member's black-tie wedding, and the motorcycle boots look as good as new! Great service, obviously family owned, and the finished product is top notch. 2 thumbs up, 10/10, definitely will return for all my cobbling needs! Oh, and make sure to check out the collectible cobbler figurines they've found!

From out of town. Visiting San Antonio for our anniversary. Broke the heel of the pair of shoes I brought for a nice dinner date with my husband. So I searched for a cobbler near me and COLONIES NORTH SHOE REPAIR came up. Without me checking the whereabouts, I sent a text via messenger. Make story short. They are close on Mondays. But Minerva the owner texted me back and made an exemption. And saved the day. She was very nice and pleasant and I am very pleased with her work. I came in at 9am, was out of there less than 30 min.
