When my Mitsubishi mini split unit stopped cooling and heating, my local company, which installed the unit, couldn't figure out how to get it working again after three visits. One visit from Trevor from Superior got it up and running (and providing much needed heat). I can't recommend Trevor and Superior Co-Op HVAC highly enough. From the ease of scheduling an appointment to quality of work, 5 stars.
This is the second year we used Superior Co-op for our yearly maintenance of our mini-split heat pump. Scheduling was easy and not a long wait for service. The technician was able to come earlier in the day scheduled which worked well for us. He was friendly and all went well. We’ll use them again next year.
I couldn't be happier, best decision we made. We have had our units 2 years now, and with no back up heating. We capitalized on decommissioning a failing propane furnace. Even in the coldest temps we stayed nice and toasty warm. It is so nice to be finally warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Saving money is just a bonus. The installers were very considerate and did an awesome job at cleaning up. Thank you best investment
Our 2 story log cabin has no ductwork upstairs, small ducts downstairs. I asked Superior what could I do? A heat pump compressor with one head at each end was the solution upstairs but the way they installed the lines on the outside of my cabin was incredible, extremely stealthy not taking away from the rustic look. They also installed a new oil furnace for the rest of the house as well as a modest A/C compressor for downstairs. The service after is just as high quality not sure why we didn’t do this a decade ago! Warm everywhere in the winter without feeding a stove unless we want to and COOL in the summer without all the racket from window units. They did the whole make over, nothing they can’t figure out! This is after being told by every HVAC estimator “No central A/C for you with thousands of dollars in ugly ductwork upgrades”. The quotes for the ductwork alone was 1/2 of what I paid Superior for the WHOLE project, yes we are very HAPPY!
Nothing but positives for this company. Owner Gerald Davis meticulously surveyed our home and took extra time to explain in layman's terms how a mini-split system works, and offered recommendations for the best Mitsubishi system for our home. Estimate was reasonable and he even secured for us a generous rebate from National Grid. Josh and Trevor installed the system in under two days, working diligently despite humid weather conditions and having to run up and down two flights of stairs. Upon completion, they carefully explained how to operate and maintain the system. They were punctual and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with professional contractors who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Superior COOP-HVAC.
