Room was musty smelling, AC unit was filthy, mold in the cabinets under the sink, carpet was dirty, water smelled like the sewer, breakfast was all carbs. Too much noise coming through from the people upstairs from us. Sounded like they were going to fall through on top of us. Way too expensive for what we got. Building needs to be razed and rebuilt from scratch with American's in charge of it.

We booked 4 days before our arrival for an accessible room. We called the property and did not book through booking.com because that never works for us. When we arrived we were told they had no accessible rooms.There were 2 on the property that we saw. The couple next to us said they booked at 4pm the same day of our arrival and they got an accessible room. Their room had a tub. Not a roll in Shower. My husband is in a wheelchair. Our room was cramped. The air conditioner was filthy. I cleaned it off. The microwave did not work. My husband could use the toilet but couldn’t get in the bathroom just roll up to the door of the bathroom. Rm 308 The young boy helped us get our luggage in the room and we gave him a tip. He was very helpful and kind.I had to bring food to my husband because the building and area where they served food is down 4 steps. The beds were very comfortable. There are 2 different buildings. The one we stayed in had the pool. We did not use it. If you use a wheelchair and need a roll in shower.. don’t t stay there.
