If you’re thinking about buying appliance parts here, save yourself the headache. When I first called, the woman on the phone was flat‑out nasty. I gave her the number I had for a high‑limit thermostat (a universal part, mind you), and instead of helping, she bit my head off because it wasn’t the “model number.” She told me someone would have to come down in person. My call to check on availability of parts for my dryer was quick and helpful. They set aside the parts kit I needed for pickup later that day without requiring pre-payment. Getting the parts was quick and easy with confirmation of what I needed. Support info helped point me in the right direction for finishing the repair and the kit price was very fair. Great experience and will start here if/when I need other appliance repair parts.

Happy with the salesperson that helped me but the pricing here is terrible. I paid a Discounted price of $45.90 for a dryer part that I could have purchased anywhere online for $15 or less with free shipping. No need to gouge local buyers just because they are the only place to buy appliance parts in town. The salesperson told me that it was a genuine manufacturers part and what I had seen online would likely not be. Do I care? The reviews of the parts online were exceptional and therefore no need to rip people so badly for the same part.

Our dryer blew fuse today and Rena was able to help me identify the part and made sure to get it shipped out to me today via FedEx. Thank you for the fantastic service Rena you rock!

Friendly and Courteous staff. Had my dryer motor on hand - they even threw in some technical ideas on how to replace it! Good service and great parts for service professionals and a do-it-yourself handyman like me!
