I had a wonderful experience working with Randall. He arrived right on time, was polite, professional, and walked me through everything he was doing. The pricing was very fair and there were no surprises. You can really tell he cares about his work and about treating customers right. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future appliance repairs!
Randall was able to fix our washer promptly. I told him the issue over the phone and he knew exactly what part to order and his estimate provider prior to fixing was spot on. Would highly recommend him for appliance repair!
Randall is so great. Our clothes washer stopped draining and I called Randall and left a message. He got back to me on a Sunday within a few hours and by then we had found a sock in our drain pump and fixed the issue. He was so nice and accommodating! I will definitely be calling him in the future!
