We brought in our old Kirby that hadn't been effective in picking up anything off our floors in a long time. They recommended a new brush and belt (very affordable) and a thorough cleaning (also very reasonable.) It is working like it is new! We will always go here from now on! They were friendly, competent, and affordable!
Honest. Straightforward. Not pushy. Doesn’t try to oversell. They have a “cash only” policy, (no cc’s or checks). That was a bit of a hassle. Had to go to bank and get exact amount of transaction. I understand that as a small business they can’t afford transaction fees and bad checks. They could pass on the transaction fee but on a $700+ transaction I don’t want to pay the fee either. I recommend this business.
Wow!!! Just wow. I brought my sewing machine here and they were wonderful. Not only did they impress me with friendly service but we're super understanding that was not able to pick-up my machine due to a family emergency. They held it for 30 days with no issue at all. I recommend them 100%. Thank you for being awesome!!!
