Our downstairs heat pump went out, and with our HVAC system being 18 years old, and this not being the first issue we’ve had with the system, everything has to be replaced. We received quotes from 4 different companies, and decided to go with Streamline Services. Not only because we were presented with a package that would meet all of our needs and is going to work with our budget, but the service we received while getting an estimate was great! Preston was fantastic. He answered all of our questions, went over everything in great detail, was very knowledgeable & personable, and wasn’t pushy at all. He gave us peace of mind before we even decided to hire Streamline for the job! We know we made the right decision and that we won’t be disappointed with our new HVAC system!!

My 1st experience with Streamline was great. Our water heater broke on a Sunday and made an emergency call to Streamline. 1st off, out of the 3 plumbers I called, Streamline was the only abled to dispatch on short notice. Sam, the technician, came and was able to get water running for the day and also provide solutions. We went with changing from tank to tankless. Streamline came next day and was able to install a brand new tankless. Streamline technicians were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their work was clean wearing booties throughout the house and even on removal of the old tank. On completion, they cleaned up everything and provided a quick tutorial on how the tankless heater works. For the work Streamline provided, their price is very reasonable. Hats off to our main technician, Sam Schainblatt, for his knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend Streamline Service and will use them again for future services.
