Stouch's Auto Repair Shop

I was very impressed with Stouch's when my boyfriend had his car sitting there for a month due to his engine was falling apart piece by piece and very honest with him to junk his car. Everyone that helped him was so nice and friendly which brings me to my first personal experience with Stouch's. I have recently moved to the York area and was in need of finding an auto shop for my vehicle. My vehicle needed a lot of work including emissions and inspection. I was also in need of having a loaner car and to my surprise they do have loaner cars. The day I got there my loaner car was there waiting for me...a '03 Oldsmobile Alero (an oldie but good little car). I received a call that day about what was going on with my car in detail step by step and if I did not understand Phil would go back and explain it easier to understand. After a scare of my car not passing the emissions test and then finding out it was a simple fix (due to previous auto shop put on wrong fuel cap) put my concerns of possibly having to get another car at rest knowing that I had full trust in Phil and him telling me that it was still worth putting money into my '06 Saturn Vue. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone! They are all so nice, trustworthy and most of all honest. Wonderful communication with you and keeping you updated on estimates. And to my surprise I received a letter from them with a coupon for being a new customer! That was a wonderful surprise and confirmed I made a great decision going to them.
