We had extensive damage to our roof from the August monsoon storm, causing leaks and damage inside the house. Due to the high number of claims filed as a result of widespread storm damage, we had difficulty finding anyone who could get the repairs done quickly. Called SDS, they sent John out. He got everything taken care of as quickly as possible and the roof was replaced in one day. He made a stressful process much easier and his crew did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

UPDATED!!! well this is an update I'm actually excited to write, after the crappy review I left based really on no info on my part just made some assumptions, Josh reached out to not only apologize for the no reply but offered to come take a look at my roof damage himself. After looking at the damage with him he offered to take on the job and begin the process of getting the insurance to cover more of the damage then they initially offered me. When we had roof damage from hail and wind, Storm Damage Specialists came highly recommended. Being this was during COVID, they kept us inform of material deliveries, and any delays that came up. Josh is the owner, and he was phenomenal from start to finish--best contractor I've ever worked with, hands down! If you're someone who values clear communication, attention to detail, and work done the right way, then this is exactly the company you want. In a time of trauma when our house and contents were soaked, this company came to our rescue! They were professional and experts and worked through this complicated incident with the utmost of integrity. I think what sets them apart from other’s is that they sincerely cared about us and our well being. Josh was there to guide us through the process and inspected the ongoing job several times daily. He helped us navigate our insurance and did what was best for us. He stayed in touch and even came out several times to check on things after we got rain when the job was done.
