Great bike shop. Awesome customer service. Called before going to make sure they had what I needed. When I arrived about an hour later, everything was on the counter waiting for me. Ben took care of me and gave me good advice. I will definitely use their services again.
This shop and its staff are top notch! We were up in Park City vacationing around Thanksgiving this year and Juan Patterson was so gracious to us. We rented bikes through this shop and we were given top notch, full suspension bikes to try out for the day. Juan even gave us tips on where to take the bikes that would be perfect for our pre-teen children. All in all this shop was outstanding and I would recommend to anyone who is visiting from out of town. Way to go Storm Cycles!
I got a Trek Bike here after shopping a few places. They are great. Gabe was a great salesguy and was very patient with me. There was then a minor hiccup after I rode it and Jayson quickly fixed it and handled it well. I would definitely buy again from here.
The owner is one of the most obnoxious and arrogant people I have ever met. The other partner Todd was awesome and the employees are great. It is a shame Todd sold to this guy but I wouldn’t want to work with him either. The owner has no clue about customer service and is nothing more than a bike mechanic with an attitude. Anyone who lived in PC for years knows what a good bike shop they were in the past. We have bought several Yeti’s from them in the past. All our new bikes have been bought elsewhere since the owners cocky “it is what it is” attitude. I thought I would give them another chance the other day. No surprise as soon as he got involved he has lost my business forever. I will never go back! There are better bike shops in PC without the attitude.
This is my boys third bike here. these guys treat you like family. we are fortunate to have such a good group of people keeping my family on the trail. Thanks to everyone at Storm !
