Stonehouse Electric Company

I had sent email to 2 other electricians, and they never even got back to me. I found Stonehouse online, completed the form online, & wishing minutes I was getting a text from Stonehouse, followed by a phone call. I was able to schedule everything & the work has been completed. They show up when they say they will. I was so impressed. I now have the outdoor area light I wanted. I still have never heard back from the other 2 Erie electricians! Stonehouse knows how to make a great first impression!

I had a whole house surger protector installed at my home. The cost was very reasonable. The company was easy and flexible to schedule an appointment with. The electrician arrived on time and could not have been nicer. The work was done quickly and right the first time. I will use this company in the future for any electrical projects

I had a fantastic experience with this team from start to finish. Mike, the head electrician, was incredibly thorough and attentive to detail. He followed up multiple times to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction — he even returned on a Sunday to make sure the job was perfect. We were extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism and carelessness we experienced with Stonehouse Electric Company. We initially paid for a dimmable light switch to be installed in our living room, only to be told after the fact that this was not possible with our existing light fixture. When we requested a refund, the general manager attempted to issue only a partial refund, subtracting “labor costs.” Labor costs for what, exactly—work they could not perform? I called for an estimate the day before they came out the next day right on time Justin pinpoint the problem really quick then he dispatched a team to come out and complete the task they were faster efficient problem solved it was just a simple dryer hookup that was installed and correctly but they took care of it so fast I truly appreciate them great work I will call again if needed. This is the best service I've had in years
