No call / no show.
I’m a returning customer who previously had a positive experience with Simonian, but this time they told me they'd call and complete the work on a certain date, but instead ghosted me. No courtesy call, no follow-up, no response to calls or texts - nothing. Complete silence after I'd taken the day off of work so they could complete the work.
The next day, they reached out asking if they could come that same day, but by then I had already hired a more reliable local company.
My time is valuable, and so is yours - which is why I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Simonian Electric Inc.
I am just taken back by the fine quality of the group of service men that were at my house today upgrading my panel. They did clean precise and exceptional work. They greeted me with a smile, communicated clearly to me, had manners and were polite. Special thanks to Rick and Justin. Rick the owner is responsive and patient ( we worked with hsa ). Justin just went above and beyond and he’s the type you want that needs thing to be perfect. Thanks SIMONIAN’s I’d recommend them to anyone.
When we moved into our home we noticed after a while that there were electrical problems. Our home warranty company and Simonian electric fixed everything up for us. Simonian replaced a defective fan, repaired a beautiful kitchen wall vent fan that I thought was not ever going to work again. They did some wiring for me and now everything works.
They were kind, they were respectful and I am very grateful because they were professional and had integrity.
The photos that I’m posting are the horrible ceiling fan that used to have lightbulbs exploding. And the beautiful new fan that they put up in my kitchen. I am beyond happy.
Fantastic customer service, awesome can-do attitude, reasonable prices. Polite and tidy electricians— very happy with my experience with Simonian Electric and would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done. Although they came out for one specific job, we managed to find other things for them to do so our service call spanned a couple days. No problem, everything was accomplished!
We are amazed & so thrilled with ALL of their contracting services! These guys are unreal. Their crew was above & beyond what we ever expected. One VERY IMPORTANT fact, when I checked out their information (in particular if they were insured) they were exactly as they represented. We had more "contractors" present us with the paperwork that said they were insured & when I called to check we found out most were not! Simonian is DEFINITELY insured. That's very important! We were also presented with a WRITTEN estimate & then we were required to sign an agreement that listed everything, knowing that anything above this would be "extra." I ended up adding one component for the walk-in closet & was told when he went to get exactly what I said I wanted that this was going to be extra. They do business like true professionals! If you let someone into your home without having a written contract, checking to see if they truly are licensed & if their insurance is current then you're foolish. These guys don't even make it so you have to do footwork because they're honest. But when I did my due diligence they panned out well. Even better, they went above & beyond when it came to the end result!
We have used them now for 3 different projects. They have done everything in our home from demolishing a bathroom to building a new room/walk-in closet & painting most of our interior top to bottom. Small jobs or big ones, these guys not only know what they're doing but they're affordable. They truly do understand the term "budget" and unlike many one stop shopping contractors who can do it all for you, they are very real.
I loved that Dave came out and helped me determine where the money should be spent to give it the little extras you always want. He helped me with some ideas and suggestions. That is priceless. Sometimes you think you want one thing but when someone in the business knows about new materials, techniques, etc. you find out you're a lot happier with another way!!
I cannot say enough about how courteous the crew was & how well they cleaned up after themselves afterwards. We not only highly recommend them but we HAVE used them for a number of projects now, big & small.
Seriously one of the best experiences I've ever had & I was kind of afraid of the whole contractor dealings from some of the horror stories I've heard. No horror story here. Nothing but very good, expedient, courteous, knowledgeable & affordable work that they will make sure you're happy with before they say they're done!
