Juan Carlos was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. This company came out quicker than I expected and Juan was finished within hours of arriving. My panel is completely upgraded and he even cleaned up the entire area. Paul Richard the owner spoke to me directly and stayed in touch until the task was completed. This company took my call, said no problem, we can do it ( requesting a 30 amp plug to my breaker box for a generator ) They got our information and had a technician come out a few days later and were able do to the installation process and showed me how it all works. This company is top notch, professional and courteous. I'm very happy with them and recommend you give them a try. P.S. Another company I went to in person, filled out paperwork and called 2 times for the same thing never bothered to even return my call. I live in El Lago and the houses here are old and notorious for electrical problems. Matt came out next day after I called and troubleshot and fixed a difficult issue AND installed a new ceiling fan I hadn’t gotten around to do myself. He was probably the most professional skilled worker that’s ever done work in my house. 5/5 stars would highly recommend these guys. Especially Matt.
