I highly recommend Andy and Stapleton Overhead Door. He was quick to respond to a broken garage door spring and was a great resource to our questions. On top of that, he was very personable and easy to talk to. He will be my first call for any future garage door problems.
Andy was a pleasure to meet and work with and was even recommended by one of his retired former colleagues. It was great to support a small, local business that dealt fairly with us. Our garage door spring broke on Thursday night and Andy was able to give me a quick estimate over the phone so we could talk it over and was even willing to come by that Friday afternoon if we wanted. After exploring our options over the weekend, I reached out to schedule and he came by the following morning. The work went a little faster than expected and he charged us less than his estimate when he could have easily kept the initial amount and we wouldn't have been the wiser.
Very quick to respond on a holiday weekend for a broken garage door. Andy was incredibly professional, prompt and courteous. Extremely fair on price and quick to repair. I highly recommend Stapleton Garage Door!!!
We moved into a nearly brand new house and our garage door wouldn’t budge (something about the safety cables). I reached out to Andy after a friend recommended him. He was friendly and professional, and fixed our issue within 15 min! We will definitely be returning customers when we’re ready to have our auto opener installed.
