Stah Tech Appliance Repair

If I could give a 0 rating I would. The tech took my $75 service fee and I later accepted their invoice. I was told the repair part cost $121 but they charged me $195 stating their was a 45 % markup plus shipping/handling/admin cost. I still accepted their invoice for $321. I called/emailed Stah over ten time for a week . No response. They took my $75 and disappeared.

Tech was supposed to arrive on Friday, no call/no show. Arrived Saturday assessed the issue and said by Monday I would receive an email with the amount of part, again no email and didn’t answer the phone until I called from a different number. Said he would call back but still no call. He was paid $85 that is also supposed to be used towards the parts and service. Poor customer service…I’m left with still having to find someone to repair my stove and pay another fee to the new repair company.

Extremely professional! The customer service and communication were exemplary. I wholeheartedly recommend this company as their pricing was fair. I will certainly utilize their services again should I require any appliance repairs.
