St. Cyr Pool & Spa

I visited their Hampstead location after I needed an above ground pool replacement. I visited other stores in the area and also compared to pricing online and they were the best price and had the unit I needed in stock. My sales person was Barbara who was absolutely outstanding along the way. My unit was ready to pick-up within a few days and their sales team was helpful in getting everything loaded up. I ran into an installation issue with my liner, as the result of a defective seam (not their fault at all). Barbara again went above and beyond trying to help remedy the situation. I can guarantee other stores would have sent me walking but they were receptive and collaborative in options to help me out (at their expense too). I would highly recommend visiting their Hampstead store for your pool needs. From this point forward, I will NEVER use another pool supplier and will always make St. Cyr my first stop. 10/10

I have been using St Cyr's Middleton location for pool opening/closing for the last two years as well as some mechanical work (new pump, new pool automation system) and just love their staff and their service. They have a good system to set up appointments on their website, they then confirm the appointment via text and they show up when they say they will. I also like that they text you and tell you the name(s) the service technician that is coming to my house along with a picture of that person. Very personal service.
