Unfortunately I gave them a shot to get an electric motor for one of my car washes they cancelled the order due to “credit card security measures” I emailed with zero response over the course of several days despite the lady on the phone apparently going to check with manufacturer and call me back. I called manufacturer and got it through an additional source same day.
Ordered motor that site claimed to be in stock. Within 10 minutes I received email that they canceled my order stating that motor was not in stock and was obsolete. However they charged me and stated I would get a refund in 10 days? For what? If you don’t have it in stock and it’s no longer available then why did you charge me. Shouldn’t you be sure you have item before charging me? Not very good business practices.
Ordered exact blower motor I needed and paid the shipping fee for 3-4 business days. Few days go by and ordered gets cancelled. I get one missed call and then it's cancelled because it was discontinued.. maybe not have that on your website as "in stock". But ok that's fine let's order a replacement motor now. Get that order placed , same process, pay the fee for 3-4 business days shipping. Called 2 days after placing order on a Friday to check on status. Still not shipped yet so I figured it's the weekend they will ship it Monday morning. It's now been a week as of today and STILL had not shipped or received ANY notification of shipment. I figured all the 5 stars reviews they have it would have been a smooth and quick process to get a part needed soon for my business. If you're going to charge a shipping fee with an estimated time frame, at least keep it close to that. Now I have to find one elsewhere after 2 weeks of wasted time. Thanks.
