These guys were amazing, they explained everything super well and called/texted me about anything. And in the end I thought my repair (+anything else I got) would come out to around $600 and was pleasantly surprised when they saved me $200. Plus the dog was super nice and cute
Expedited my purchase, got a quote the following day after dropping my laptop off, and only two days after that my laptop was fixed and ready for pickup, great service, really well explained and detailed so that I could understand what went wrong, how it could have happened, and how yo ensure it doesn't happen again. They offer the means to back out if your quote isn't something you can fully pay for and are incredibly transparent about all pricing and fees as well. 5 stars in my book.
I hadn't done my own build in years and ran into some trouble with it and the guys at Springfield PC Pros were awesome and helped me out a bunch figuring out what I did wrong and they also went above and beyond with getting my PC setup for me and installing everything without me having to worry about all that. I honestly just may have my future builds done through them.
