Speedway Appliance

I will lead off by saying we are repeat customers! You will not find better customer service, when shopping for appliances, than you receive at Speedway! You will also not find better prices! I will also weave into this review how great Stella is! Make sure you ask for Stella. I write this knowing very well that I don't think she ever leaves this building. She opens and closes! She also creates a very laid-back atmosphere to purchase appliances... which, before my experience with her and Speedway, was always stressful and costly for me! By the way, she quarterbacks all deliveries too!

Honestly hate to leave a bad review because the sales lady Stella and delivery team were both super nice and knowledgeable. Bought a brand new dryer for $650 plus delivery fee of $100. Overall spent $836 after tax and CC fees.. I waited around the house ALL day 8 AM to 6PM… I called the store 3 times asking about my delivery and was ensured I would be contacted. I finally got my call from the delivery drivers around 6 pm… they show up and deliver my dryer and take the old. They did a great job but did not ensure my appliance was working before they left. I tried to put my laundry in the new dryer and it didn’t even start… I call the delivery team and let them know but they said it’s just my electric and to contact the store when they are open.. overall not satisfied with my appliance or the way the problem was handled 5 minutes after the delivery team left.
