The quality of the appliances was great, as well as the customer service, from the time I walked in the door until the time our new washer and dryer were delivered and installed. Bruce, Becky and Billy were friendly, helpful and made everything streamlined and pain free. Their prices were better than the big box stores and I was glad to support a local business. I highly recommend Spartanburg Appliance Center.
Highly recommend these folks. Bruce gave us a great price and delivery the next day. Bruce's son delivered the washing machine, very nice young man. Good selection of appliances and very good pricing. No pressure at all and Bruce is very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience. Thank you guys!!
We had the pleasure of visiting Spartanburg appliance center. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bruce the owner made the process smooth and his team answered every question we had with no problem. They weren’t in a rush to make a sale but wanted you to make the right purchase for yourself. We went to buy a washer but ended up buying a washer and a fridge. Billy the delivery guy was awesome. He wasn’t able to move over fridge but will return to move it for us. Now that’s good customer service. They also expressed their thanks for shopping with them and make it seem so sincere. It also show how they take their time with their customers. This is no give me your money and get out type of business and I like that about them. It felt like family. If you’re looking for any appliance, don’t hesitate to check them out.
