We have had such great success with Appliance Brothers service. They have fixed every problem we have had with our LG fridge( not the cooling ) , GE Profile gas stove, LG dryer and just today our LG washer. We feel they are fair in pricing , too. Both brothers are pleasant and get right to work. Once the problem is found they explain to you what it is and the part needed. This is a business I have trusted for 6 yrs and will continue.
This company was scheduled to come out and repair my dryer, but they refused to even show up. They claimed the issue was ventilation (even though my vents were professionally cleaned just last week) and told Lowe’s that they had “exhausted all options.” That’s simply not true, since no technician ever came to my home to actually inspect the dryer. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
I love this Appliance Brothers company. They are very trust worthy and professional. They come out to fix my dryer in a timely matter and ensure it is running properly. When it come to look out Clients benefits, they are great. They will make sure your money are are not go to waste. Ex: I ask if I should repair my washer, they told me it is best to buy a new one because the cost of repair is nearly as expensive as you buy a new one and explain me why I should not repair it. They deserve all respect and the trust of their clients. Great job!
