I'm in the middle of an addition to our home and needed help with the bathroom supplies and materials, it was overwhelming. Cindy in the showroom helped me with everything and thankfully she did because it was alot details. I have called in several times since placing the order and they are always extremely helpful and quick to give the information that I need to relay to plumbers and contractors. I would highly recommend this business and we'll do business with them in the future.

I like the company but recently I had an awful experience with a plumber that was recommended to me, his name is IMAEL but he goes by "I". I paid him $180 to change a diverter on my shower and he put a new one that didn't work and used zip ties to make it work instead of doing the job right. When I called him he didn't want to fix the issue. SOUTHERN SUPPLY.... Don't let people like this make you look bad and give you a bad reputation. The issue was not the money, it's the bad job this person did.
