Really happy with my experience here today. My plumber repiped my house and had my pipe too close to the wall for my linear drain. I stopped in here to see if they had an offset “dog ear”. the gentleman at the counter took me to the back and put two fittings together and did exactly what I needed. I was thrilled. Then the lady at the counter was able to match my price on a escutcheon trim for my valve. Great service all around. Will be back and send clients here.

I like the company but recently I had an awful experience with a plumber that was recommended to me, his name is IMAEL but he goes by "I". I paid him $180 to change a diverter on my shower and he put a new one that didn't work and used zip ties to make it work instead of doing the job right. When I called him he didn't want to fix the issue. SOUTHERN SUPPLY.... Don't let people like this make you look bad and give you a bad reputation. The issue was not the money, it's the bad job this person did.

First time purchasing from them today. I was a walk in cash customer and I was treated like I have been a customer for 20years.I would highly recommend. All the employees I interacted with had great attitudes. Overall 10! Great experience.

I'm in the middle of an addition to our home and needed help with the bathroom supplies and materials, it was overwhelming. Cindy in the showroom helped me with everything and thankfully she did because it was alot details. I have called in several times since placing the order and they are always extremely helpful and quick to give the information that I need to relay to plumbers and contractors. I would highly recommend this business and we'll do business with them in the future.

Southern values or whatever their slogan is is laughable, the customer service here is horrible. I’m a local plumbing contractor and will not be doing business here any longer, their pricing is higher than most and they have lesser quality materials. Above all their customer service sucks. Southern Supply, You’re fired!!
