I am moved here from Florida over a year ago and started to build my house in Lake Charles. I called SPS a week and a half ago to reserve a dumpster, after which the person who I spoke with, gave me the owner's number to contact him regarding prices. I called the number and it went to voice mail. I left all my information as requested. I just called SPS to check on delivery or the dumpster that I thought I had reserved, and the account representative informed me that there is no reservation under my name, and that she did not even remember talking to me. After a few more minutes she mentioned that she did remember, and that her boss "DID NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME" because I have an out of state cell phone number. I am glad I know that this is their business model, now that I live here in Lake Charles and work in the Architectural, Building and Construction business, I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR REFER THEM TO MY CLINETS OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES. Thank you sincerely for your lovely southern Lake Charles hospitality.
