So far so good. I have called them to look into options for Washer/Dryer. The woman that picked up the phone was professional, sweet, personable and efficient. She got me the information that I needed. Promptly sent a link and set expectations of what I could expect. The process was simple and easy. My experience with her was excellent. Wonderful customer service. //Prior to this an old landlord ordered a stove from there and the two workers that came out were prompt, efficient, and professional. Though I do not know either of those people personally, because they are local-(one actual very local to the neighborhood), when that employee sees me, when appropriate, they greet me professionally and warmly. So far my experience directly and indirectly has been excellent and I am just now embarking on a personal professional experience and I am hoping that it will stay the same. I did not give a five star because we'll have to see how it goes, but I will definitely update as time goes by. I am sincerely expecting the best ...customer service is good, but hopefully Washers and Dryers are good too. From my recollection the stove was great from service to usage. *Fingers crossed :) I love giving great reviews. Good things, we love to see it!
