So far so good. I have called them to look into options for Washer/Dryer. The woman that picked up the phone was professional, sweet, personable and efficient. She got me the information that I needed. Promptly sent a link and set expectations of what I could expect. The process was simple and easy. My experience with her was excellent. Mr Ron was super nice and helpful. He helped us with a freezer fan part we havent been able to get. He had one sitting in his shop. He gave us a hand shake and said have blessed day. Highly recommend Mr Ron and getting help here. :)

Make sure you know what his prices are before you hire this guy. He was literally at my house for 30 minutes and charged me 2hrs of labor. There was No disclosure of his “2hour minimum” I’m honestly thinking about taking this to court. My freezer is fixed right now(hence the 2 star review) but he says it may need another part if the fix doesn’t work!! Wth!!
