Mark and his staff are the best. They have made a great nich in servicing is your vintage equipment. Timely matter my receiver was fixed by. Looks like he went to the end to fix it right. Will be taking my other components to him also. I don't know the prices but you get what you pay for. Thanks for getting my 50 year old baby back.
I have had several units serviced by these guys over the years. They have always done an excellent job. If an issue of some sort does arise (as one did today) they will go out of their way to make things right. And if there may be difficulty in getting parts they will let you know in advance. Highly recommended.
The woman at the service counter was incredibly rude. On their website there is a list of categories and one of the selections is VCR/VHS. I have a CRT/VCR combo and the VCR isn’t functioning so I called to see if they still work on them. No answer and the voicemail inbox is full. I decided to go there and ask instead. She said, “We don’t work on those anymore but if you’d like, I can charge you $95 to tell you the same thing.” Needless to say if any of my audio equipment needs repair, which they do work on, I will literally go anywhere else. And I’ll tell all of my friends with audio equipment to do the same thing. Cheers.
