Chad showed up a little earlier than scheduled and found the problem quickly. This was the second time I have had them out to my house (the first time they did a great job as well. My only complaint was that I had to wait a week to get him out. Would recommend Primetime Audio / Video to anyone. Jeff
We had a very pleasant experience with Will Rowell at Prime Time this morning.....I can't think of another time when it seemed so easy to part with a little over $6,000.00. Will is very knowledgeable about his product and is very good at speaking "GEEZER".... Therefore he was skilled at explaining the ins and outs of the products we were shopping for. Thanks, Will! My wife and I went to Primetime Video looking for speakers and a CD player that would also provide an enhanced audio system for our big screen TV. Will took care of us and we are delighted with what he recommended. Will was professional, knowledgeable , and courteous. The service man who delivered our purchases and set the system up was likewise outstanding.
The two technicians that installed a new TV system and relocated another did an outstanding job. The work included a wall mounting, hidden wiring and setting up a sound system. The technicians were extremely professional, punctual and did fantastic high-quality work. The installation was completed quickly and they cleaned up the area thoroughly before they left. I highly recommend Primetime and would use them again for any further work. Bill Gehlsen
I recently moved to a new house and consulted with Austin at Primetime A/V regarding my plans for my televisions. Brian and George spent the better part of two days transporting my televisions from my former property to my new house and then installing them in their new locations. They did a remarkable job of installing everything. Very professional, in every sense of the word. I’m very happy with their service and with the staff at Primetime A/V for exceeding my expectations once again!
