Really appreciate the help provided by Sootmaster. They clearly communicated our problem and a solution. They were punctual. The made scheduling easy. One the day of the service, we had a neighbor who was really rude to them, not allowing us to use their driveway so they could have access to our chimney. Despite the neighbor's rudeness towards them, they responded back with respect. They brainstormed with me to find a temporary plans until the neighbor situation can be remedied. I would recommend and use them again.
