Mandal’s provided excellent service in responding, finding and repairing a most annoying small roof leak. They fully coordinated all visits and we’re always courteous in dealing with us. These comments apply to the owner, office staff, on site supervisors and the roofing crew. Highly recommend Mandal’s Roofing.
I have been trying to get them to come see to a leak in the new roof they put on after Hurricane Sally, but after 4 calls and two weeks, I can't get anyone to even call me. I hope they are as reputable as I hear.... Still waiting
Called about a metal roof the lady over sales/scheduling asked me multiple times if I really could afford a metal roof since they are so expensive? Well that’s why I’m calling to get a quote and see if I can afford it. I then scheduled a date for them to come out and she called me back about a week later to tell me that she will call me and schedule a time that is good for them because the person that usually goes on bids is sick.. mind you my appointment was already a month out..
