Their salesman, Shawn, explained what they could and couldn’t reuse from our existing system and covered the cost of what changes would need to be made. I felt the cost was very reasonable and liked the fact that no contract was required. An appointment was scheduled for a technician to come out. John, the technician, came out on time and was very knowledgeable of our alarm system and knew what needed to be done. While upgrading the system, he found that part of the existing system was not working and explained what options we could take to resolve the issue. They have very fair pricing and work with you as an individual homeowner. We were very impressed with the process and overall professionalism and would recommend this company without hesitation to family and friends.
