The Technician was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Offered information on possibly upgrading system in the future. Total price I paid for the service and parts was reasonable. As a matter of fact, my estimate was way more than what I expected. I would definitely recommend EPS to anyone who might be looking for a reliable Security Alarm Company.
Great experience with Charles, who’s a technician. Very knowledgeable with attention to detail. He was able to find and correct the issues that have been going on with my alarm system for years!
