Smart Climate and Alex have been my HVAC company for five years now. They have done the maintenance on my systems each year. They are always dependable and honest. A thoroughly professional experience. Alex is very knowledgeable and provided sound advice on installing air conditioning for existing ductwork. We obtained quotes from several companies and felt that Smart Climate offered the best product for the price. Alex made sure that all of our questions were addressed prior to installation and took the time to look into possible alterations to the ductwork. His team was friendly and answered all questions as they arose. They made sure that we were fine with them leaving some materials overnight and informed us when they were leaving and when they would return. They showed up when they said they would. A small touch, but appreciated, was that Alex and his team put booties over their shoes when entering the house. Alex thoroughly inspected the work once completed by his team and explained basic functions and maintenance. We have now worked with three different HVAC companies in our house and would not hesitate to have Smart Climate handle our next project. They are truly professional.
