Thanks Matthew for doing such a great job getting my dryer running after 8months. It's not your fault but Lowes should be ashame for selling a dryer for that much that only run for 1year and about 2weeks. Thank God i got that extra warning other than that it would've been a long ride!! Again THANKS MATTHEW.
Our Simpson Maintenance serviceman was Matthew Taylor who tackled our Frigidaire Refrigerator / Freezer problem. Matthew was very systematic in diagnosing the waterline malfunction. Amazing company! Came in, found out what was wrong, order the parts quickly, and came back quickly to repair our washer. Our repairman Matthew was super helpful giving us tips on how to run the machine better as well. Definitely recommend calling Simpson Maintenance, ask for Matthew!!
