This was the best car service I have received in a very long time. Rich and Jim were very helpful in allowed for a smooth transition from getting my car to the shop, keeping me informed of the maintenance needed and when I should expect to receive my car back. They even got me back on the road sooner than I expected. They have fair pricing and top notch customer service.
I have to say, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic shop. Prior to my current vehicle I typically only had leases which meant I had them serviced at the dealership. However, trusting my community, I went to Simon. And it was the best decision. The pricing is fair. The people are so kind and wonderful. The work is done expertly. My car sounded like a freight train when I brought it in, and I drove away several hours later in complete silence. The service is great as are the people. If you need a mechanic, or even an oil change, this is the place. I would not want to go anywhere else. They are great at explaining what the issues are with your car, the work they plan on doing, and explaining why that work needs to be done. They are transparent. They are honest. This is a good place.
Extremely satisfied with Simon’s. I called and was able to get my family’s 2 Toyota Priuses in for service within 2 days. Simon’s diagnosed the issues and fixed the problems on the same day the cars were brought in. Simon’s staff listened to our concerns and didn’t try to pressure us into extra work. I highly recommend Simon’s!
I’ve used Simon’s twice now and have been very impressed with both experiences. The first time I had a minor accident and they were able to quickly get my suspension fixed. The second time was routine maintenance and my vehicle was done in one day. They are up front about cost and are very honest. I would highly recommend their services.
