I’ve purchased appliances for my home two separate times from Silica and I won’t shop any other place. Both times appliance delivery was timely, and flexible to my schedule. I purchased a new dryer from the Fonddulac location. My delivery date was supposed to be over two weeks from when I bought it. I received a call asking if I wanted to move up the date so I was able to take delivery the day after I was called. The delivery team, Chris and Kevin did a great job installing the dryer and replacing the exhaust hose. They took my old dryer when they left. I was shown how the dryer operated before they left. I was totally satisfied with all Silica employees and I am glad to have a nice new dryer.
