Great place with a big selection and even better prices. Found exactly what I was looking for without spending a fortune. Store was clean, staff was friendly, and checkout was quick. If you’re in Corbin and need shoes for the whole family, Shoe Inn is hard to beat. I’ll definitely be back.

Will not shop will them again due to the fact I went in to Christmas shop on 12/02 The older lady watches you like a hawk and makes you feel very uncomfortable. I understand people steal, but get a better system than eyeballing from 5 feet away! Anyways the shoes I bought the guy asked if I would like them wrapped, I answered yes. He said would you like the receipt in the box. I said yes. NEVER once did he make me aware of what their Christmas return policy was. Which to me is very deceitful. Customers need to know that it is exchange only or store credit. It actually would have changed my mind about purchasing. Anyways shoes were too small for my son. I took them in today to exchange, but they didn’t have them in stock. That’s when I was told about the Christmas return policy NO REFUNDS!! That’s very poor business in my book. I hope your doors shut permanently!! This shows you are only worried about the money and not the customer!! Shame on you!!
I love, love, love the service here. I don't remember her name but an older lady helped us. She made several trips to get shoes for us to try on. She never complained, was very knowledgeable about what shoes would work for different people and had such a wonderful personality. We bought 4 pairs of shoes from her. The lady at the check out counter was really nice too. The shoes were average. They don't accept returns if they've been worn. I didn't like that because we paid over $500 for the shoes and it is hard to tell by just putting on a pair of shoes in the store, if they work or not. The store is in a good location.
